By purchasing from our website, you agree to this policy.


1. Nature of Products

DiT Software sells digital software products only, including:

  • Downloadable software
  • License keys
  • Activation codes
  • Software subscriptions
  • Digital tools and services

No physical products are shipped.


2. No Cancellation After Delivery

Since our products are digital in nature:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been delivered.
  • Delivery is considered complete once:
    • A download link is provided, or
    • A license key is issued, or
    • Access credentials are sent to the registered email.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

A. Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice for the same transaction.

B. Non-Delivery of Product

If payment is successful but:

  • You do not receive download access or license key within a reasonable time due to technical error on our side.

C. Invalid or Non-Functional License

If the license key provided is proven to be invalid and cannot be resolved by our support team.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Accidental purchase
  • Incompatibility with your system (users must check compatibility before purchase)
  • Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
  • Refusal to follow installation instructions
  • Subscription renewals (unless legally required)

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • We reserve the right to suspend the associated account.
  • The license may be revoked.
  • Legal action may be taken in cases of fraudulent disputes.

Before issuing a refund for technical issues:

  • Users are required to cooperate and provide necessary details.
